Motherhood has ups and downs throughout it, and I want to highlight the joys of each stage. Whether you're an expectant mother, mother of a newborn, a mother with infants and toddlers, a mother with pre-school aged children or a mother with school-aged children, I want to celebrate all that you do and help you hold onto the beauty in this season.

How much does it cost?

I am offering the Motherhood Portrait Experience for $399. The total value is over $900. 

What does the $399 include?

  • CONSULTATION: To discuss how YOU want to be photographed and to plan the wardrobe & styling. 
  • PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKE UP
  • 60-90 MINUTE CUSTOM SESSION
  • IMAGE REVEAL SESSION: Where you see your images & select your gifted image/order your favourites 14 days after your photo shoot. 
  • PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE: You will receive one fine art matted portrait with matching high res digital image (a $275 value). Additional photographs and products available for purchase. 
  • OPTION TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ARTWORK: I offer prints, albums, wall art and folio albums in case you fall in love with more images! Individual images start at $275.
  • YOU'LL BE CELEBRATED IN MY UPCOMING CLIENT MAGAZINE: When the portrait series is complete in November 2025, you will be celebrated in magazine featuring a portrait of each of the amazing 15 mothers and their families that Kelly has photographed.
  • A donation to BC Children's Hospital Foundation

Why motherhood, why me and why now?

Motherhood is complex and messy, but so beautiful and so full of joy. As a mom of three little ones myself, I know that motherhood has its share of ups and downs. Moms are resilient and strong and give up so much for their kids, but often feel like, in the midst, they miss out on so many of the moments that make it all worth it while trying to balance the everyday responsibilities with being present for their kids childhood.

I’m photographing mothers this year because you deserve to be able to hold onto those moments. You deserve to be able to feel the joy of them moving inside you, the feel of them sleeping in your arms, their tiny arms around your neck, their kisses on your cheek and their hands in yours long past when they fit in your lap.

It will be fun, fulfilling and transformational. Join me on a fun and incredible adventure. Remember . . . it is ALL about you and those you love most. I can’t wait to meet you! Looking Forward!

YOUR STORY VIDEO INTERVIEW with Kelly, answering questions about what Motherhood means to you, the challenges and joys you experience as a mother and advice to new and expectant moms. Your story will be used to showcase the portrait series at the Motherhood exhibition and in promotional materials including on our website, blog and social media platforms so we can share how AMAZING you are with the world. 

That interview may be shared on my website, blog and social media. 

 Before and After makeover photos may be shown.
